@@Launchpad05A company left alone is a company not making a sell, so us leaving the billion dollar company alone will turn it in to a million dollar company soon enough.
"I think if Marvel was gone, I'd be such a big hole to try and fill up." Get enough people to eat enough fiber, they could probably replace that steaming pile with another steaming pile., sure.
Not much choice if he wants to remain employed in Hollyweird. Money over morals. If actors who want to find work with huge paydays, they have to tow the DEI line.
he has been fighting his entire life, he’s tired. it wouldn’t make sense for him to be the captain america. ALSO steve gave the shield to sam. i think sam is great and he deserves to be captain america.
I disagree. Steve already had an actual kid apprentice for decades now. Bucky Cap was around when I first started reading comics and is pretty overrated, honestly. He doesn't embody what Steve was or stood for it was more of a redemption thing for Bucky. Patriot is Steve's apprentice and doesn't need Steve's shield to carry on his legacy because he already has his own and is as well as a dose of Super Soldier formula from Isiah
@laufeyxon same hasn't even been suped up lmao he was cool as falcon and I actually do like his character and the actor, but he was chosen because he's black. And Bucky being "tired" lmao nice cope.
I love how he’s complaining about the Marvel fans being ungrateful while he’s starring in a movie that beats the dead horse of complaining about Trump.
20 years ago a boutique I loved stopped selling the kind of of clothes I liked i.e. cute shirts with kittens and bunny rabbits. They were selling the same clothes I could find at Target, boring sweat suits with no design. But they weren't charging Target prices, they were still charging the boutique prices as if they were selling the same clothes. I complained to a sales clerk, said I liked the clothes they used to sell. She was very cranky with me. She said these are the kind of clothes women will buy, not the clothes I used to love. I wish I had said to her, you will be out of business in 6 months. I just left. Sure enough the boutique was out of business in 6 months. If you stop offering the customer the product the customer loved, of course the customer is going to complain. Getting angry at the customer because you changed your product line should get you unemployed, like that sales clerk eventually was. I wanted clothes with kittens on them. Marvel fans want Tony Stark and Steve Rogers. Stan Sebastian is a snotty sales clerk who should be out of a job in 6 months.
That's always been such an irrational criticism. "You can't say something is bad unless you can do better!" So only a gourmet chef can decide whether his meal is good or not? The rest of us just have to eat whatever we're served? Only an engineer is permitted to say that his car is broken? Everyone else has to just sit in their broken cars until they start to magickally work? And nobody anywhere ever gets to criticize another human being, because none of us can create human beings? No. If you want MY time, money, and attention, you have to do better. I have standards, and I don't apologize for them.
Yeah but it's super safe to do so so pretty pointless at this point if you're not going to roast them in a hard and hilarious manner. Something on the level of critical drinker or Nerdrotic's Friday night tights
he did the role of donald trump while he was playing bucky in thunderbolts, so he gained weight for that role! he has been going to the gym and is losing the weight. also bodyshaminh people is never okay.
@@laufeyxon Fat shaming is Aokay 99% of the time, anything less is pandering to greedy and lazy people who need to eat less; the only time it's not okay is people with thyroid conditions. Fat shame someone you know and save their life, seriously.
@laufeyxon fat shaming, slut shaming, being a absolute flaming shirt lifter shaming and being a moron shaming should be brought back in force. If more people thought "hmm maybe I shouldn't do this because everyone will ridicule me" then we'd have a lot less cringe shit in the world. If people thought "i better stop eating like a pig or people will think I'm a fat disgusting piece of shit" then we'd have less fat cunts waddling around.
Omg be glad you didn't watch The Marvels. Holy shit its so bad. Thats the only mcu movie I just couldn't finish because of how bad it is. Whoever wrote the scene for the "singing planet" is actually retarded. They say the king is "bilingual" because he can speak and sing in English. So that's still only ONE language. The rest of the planet can only SING in ENGLISH and can't understand people if they talk. Even though it's the same language. How stupid is that?
We're at the point where Disney just has to muzzle every single one of their actors. Their egos and hatred are going to kill every single movie and show they release.
So he turned out to be another spoiled, entitled actor. I don't think he realized he was one of the few actors from Marvel that most people still had respect for .
A lot of thought went into those movies and shows, just because we disagree doesn't mean a lot of effort didn't go into systematically dismantling the MCU.
Stan was able to slip by throughout all the backlash against Marvel. And now he's choosing to open his mouth and insult the audience is only going to backfire on him.
He's right: he has never been part of a company that puts so much heart and thought into anything - unless he's talking about some other company that isn't Disney.
Sebastian seems to not know that as a actor it's best to just do your job and keep some thoughts to yourself. His comment is going to hurt Thunderbolts. It also seems like he has only played Bucky has never branched out as a actor.
I have such hard and well-earned vitriolic hatred for Marvel and Disney for what they have done that I have zero hope or immediate interest in any project they announce, no energy at all for anything they push. That being said, if I can be bothered to remember it once it is released, I'll find a way to watch Daredevil: Born Again in ways they would not like, and only continue to watch it if it is outstandingly remarkable television, like the last time a Marvel project series was: early days of Daredevil on Netflix. If that bar is just too impossibly high for a multi billion dollar company to manage, well, I guess they really aren't trying to earn their audience.
If Marvel wants to make money they will need to listen to the fans because without the fans no one comes to see their movies. I'd like to see other stories like the Infinity War saga that was, lets be honest, a masterpiece that took 10 years to unfold till the great final battle in the Endgame movie. There is still a lot of potential in Marvel characters but if i were Marvel i'd avoid the most recent versions of their characters - i'd go with the 80's-90's Marvel characters. I think there is a wasted potential if Marvel continues to try to make movies with either race-swapped characters or new DEI-style characters no one knows about.
Ironic since one of my criticisms of Marvel was that his character of Bucky deserved more screen time, including his taking on Steve's legacy. Oh well, one more reason to not care about the MCU
Don't worry Sebastian, I've stopped criticizing Marvel. I mean, I can't even remember the last time I stepped into a cinema to watch a Marvel film, so its pretty hard to crap on something I've never seen!
“Don’t just go out there and shit on something without offering something better”. There are short fan films and “trailers” that are infinitely better than what Hollywood churns out. I’d love to see what any of those people would do with an adequate budget.
The movie is mostly boring. It was in the Mystery Movie Night last sunday over here. And no, I'm not from the US so I have no real stake in this. But if I did, Trump would not be my preferred candidate (and I do not know enough about Harris to even have an opinion on her). ** spoiler below ** Trump starts as a low key asshole, and the richer he becomes, the bigger of an asshole he becomes. Even for a "fictionalised based on true events" movie, you'd figure they'd find at least one thing to make people care. But no, Trump is the boring asshole in the movie. If anything, the movie should be about Roy Cohn. He does the interesting stuff. Although they turn him into a sad sack at the end as well. Yes, there are reasons for why he ends up the way he does, but he should have more fallback positions than just relying on Trump.
Thank Odin Andre didn't inflict Danish Dis Track's dis track on us. The word "discourse" is forevermore corrupted by the existence of that "dance routine".
The final episode of Agatha All Along should finish with the pruner machine from Deadpool and Wolverine being activated by Audrey Plaza's Death, wiping out the entire multiverse, and Franklin Richards a la The Neverending Story just rebooting and recasting the entire MCU.
Wow. Thank you for the eye opening video. Can't believe there is is still denial of what's happening. But blaming us, as the fans. Must be mad because of the movie coming out
I guess all movie and theater critics should retire and quit. Because if they can't make a better movie themselves, they have no right to criticize any film maker. Ever.
I feel like in this particular case, he’s probably trying to protect his job, since he doesn’t seem to get any other notable roles other than playing Bucky, and thus if marvel falls, he’ll be pushed back effectively into irrelevance.
