On June 12, 2024, the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) hosted a free virtual town hall meeting to answer questions from conditional licensees from the Social Equity Criteria Lottery (SECL). This recording of the virtual town hall is available as a resource for SECL conditional licensees as they look to fulfill the requirements for full dispensary licensure.
