I wish this Beauty were mine. You can never have enough Wood in my opinion. It needs alot of work but once it is done it will be well worth it.

Hopefully the home is cedar to be bug resistant. I have owned my log home for over 15 years- logs need to be stained every 5 years or so. That alone will be expensive- close to $10,000 if corn blasted and you hire someone.

Wonder what the square footage is? Basement is huge!!

My neighbor has bat issues in their log home. That’s about all I know. Gorgeous property.

So, What can it be bought for?

Its beautiful but that is a major remodel. You need $100,000 wrth of work from what I see. You need the whole house stained plus cleaning and who knows how many windows. You need a new electrical panel, furnace, water heater. The whole place needs gutting and refinishing. The basement must have had a ton of water in it thus the foundation cracked. That is pretty major. Property just needs brush hogging and cleaning. Todays prices I wouldn't be surprised more liie $200,9000 - $250,000.

I'm not crazy about a living space above a garage, for obvious reasons 🤔🤔🤔

Need to replace the battery’s 9 volt in the smoke detectors that’s why they are. Chirping telling you that the battery is low .

Do people know the weather in this place? The Winters are pretty brutal. Very cold. Lists of storms etc. If nothing is out there, picture tons of snow and you need to get out.

Septic systems aren't usually found that far out in the country?? What do you think they use?? 🤣 This man hardly seems knowledgeable enough to show a house. He continuously makes comments that prove he has no idea what he's talking about. Just, WHY?
