Cold War era Secomak CS6 siren. Fully stripped down to bare metal and rebuilt with new paint, bolts etc. It is being run from a VFD inverter. Feel free to ask any question.
How did you go about restoring this? I've got a GP6 that needs a bit of cosmetic work (and some 3phase power, but that's another matter), and with this being the only restored GP6-derived siren that I've seen I feel it might be worth asking you!
Basically stripped it down, sand blasted everything, painted everything, replaced most of the bolts/fixings with new, put it all back togeather and pumped 3 phases into it.
Thanks for the info; I'll probably look at getting the shot-blasting and paint done professionally as it's a bit beyond my capabilities. Powering it up, I can work on that myself at least!
