Nice video Overall, I would consider this a bad ending for America (though admittedly still better than a Totalist CSA, American Caesar USA, or an AUS where Huey Long is overthrown). The MacArthur dictatorship sets a bad precedent for authoritarianism, military interference, and violent suppression of dissent in American politics. The fact that democracy "triumphed" in the end only makes this worse. America may have gotten a Cincinnatus this time, but what's to stop an American Caesar from seizing power and keeping it tomorrow? Even MacArthur himself might change his mind come 1944 or 1948. As for the defeated rebels, those who fought for the CSA or AUS have had everything they fought for stripped away. There will be no relief for the workers of America, who are suffering even worse now due to the war and its aftermath. As for the supporters of the PSA, insult has been added to injury by MacArthur's political shenanigans, and as stated above, they may be proven right in the end. Worse, by abusing the 1917 Sedition Act, voices for reform will have no legal outlet, and as a result, the country will be plagued by terrorism, guerilla insurgencies, and political violence for years to come. Unless conditions dramatically improve in the near future, a third civil war is all but inevitable. Internationally, the situation is no better. The U.S. has made a permanent and spiteful enemy of the Entente, and likely the Internationale as well. Relations with Japan and the Co-Prosperity Sphere are sour, not only because of their support for the PSA, but also because they are in direct competition with the U.S for hegemony in the Pacific. And on top of that, Hawaii joined the Reichspakt, meaning the U.S. can't retake the islands without making an enemy of Germany. No matter how the Second Weltkrieg plays out, the U.S. will find itself facing powerful enemies who would be all too happy to exploit America's political extremism and instability. MacArthur's own aggressive personality will only add fuel to the fire. In short, America faces a dark and troubled future. It is not a matter of if the nation finds itself embroiled in another devastating war, but when. Anyway, these are just my thoughts.

It's ironic how the Kasierreich timeline almost parallels our very own timeline (likely delaying a potential Civil War by nearly a century), seeing how divided the US has become from 2016 to the present (2023 into 2024). We were close during the 1912 election, seeing how divided the GOP was under Taft & Teddy Roosevelt and how the Far-Left under Wilson led the rise of progressivism (Syndicalism, etc.) that would dominate US politics for most of the 20s to the 30s through WW2 until FDR's agenda showcased how close the US was to transforming the country and voiding the US Constitution.

IMHO one of the best parties in America, seriously these guys are capable of creating a strong America

As great as your narration is, I have a hard time believing the Federalist division wins considering their weak geographic location, with only a small land bridge between the eastern and western halves. It'd be paramount to both the CSA and AUS to cut that off immediately, immediately kneecapping the USA. I know you controlled them to cause them to win, but if I had to guess, it'd either be the AUS and PSA teaming up to take out the CSA after the fall of the USA, or the CSA using their crazy industry and ideological warfare to win via propaganda to working class folks in the other territories.
