Jesse Crosson, founder of the "Second Chancer Foundation," talks about the importance of opening up options for returning citizens! At the age of 18, Jesse was sentenced to 32 years in prison, which far exceeded the time he was expecting to get, but he put his life back together mentoring other men and receiving his bachelor's degree and certifications.
On August 16, 2021, Jesse was granted a conditional pardon from the governor of Virginia on the grounds of good behavior and restitution. He now dedicates his time to humanizing the images of returning citizens and helping others to rebuild their lives after incarceration.
