I took a computer science class at a community college and I got an A in that class. I was able to use that A as well as a recommendation letter from my professor to get a full scholarship and transfer to a 4 year university to get a bachelor’s in computer science. This is my second bachelor’s degree. My scholarship was a disability scholarship.

I’m getting my second bachelor’s in CS and my first degree had barely any science. I didn’t even take a lab science. However, my university (Kent State) is not requiring me to take another science or even any more general ed classes. All I need is computer science and math classes. I can get my second bachelors degree in only 2 years. I got a full scholarship since I’m disabled.
i thinking im going to get post-bacc in cs, so i can skip all the general courses and jump right into the core courses (15 courses). i thought about ms but what i really lack is a solid fundamental for cs which i can get ONLY(maybe??) thru a undergraduate program
@@andrewzeiser7244 in cs field? The courses I'm taking at school are pretty general. It can only get specific at work and I'm fine with doing pretty much anything.

@@vhp310 I majored in international business for undergrad and got a masters in business admin. No background or work experience in CS.. currently just on tutorials and books. Any feedback would be great!
Chul Kim I would like to hear feedback on this too. I graduated with a bachelors in Business Administration; Information Systems and am thinking about going back to school to get a degree in Computer Science so I can make video games :)
Welp no CS for me then. Math is my worst subject with Physics being my second because of that. Which isn't to say I can't do basic math but not enough for CS. Edit: I'm more of a Geography/ Biology/ creative writing type person with some training in animal care (I did a lv 3 betech in AC). So if I do any second masters or equivalent it will be around the creative writing most likely or some form of mythology course as I am aiming to do a bachelor in marine geography then a hnc/d in animal to carry own what I did in the betch during my spare time. (The latter is a part time course designed for people at work). So I have years yet to worry about masters but was unsure if to do some extra igcse and a levels in CS.
Did you have to quit your outside employment? I graduate in December with my B.S. in Construction Science in the college of engineering at my university. However, it’s not ABET, it’s ACCE accredited. I’m considering getting a second bachelors in mechanical engineering or civil engineering because I think I’d like to eventually do design work, however I do have a good job lined up with great benefits and I really don’t think I want to quit my outside employment
