Thank you for all this information!! Do you use the same plank dimensions as the first layer or do you remeasure certain points to get new plank dimensions for the second layer? Are the seams of the first layer supposed to be staggered in relation to the second layer or does each plank of the second layer sit directly on top of a plank of the first? Does it matter if you start right on top and gradually start covering the seams of the first layer? Is the second layer only adhered on the first layer or also nailed? If nailed do you make sure you nail to the frames by using the nails of the first layer as guides?
Hi there yes in this case I used the same measure for the second planking because I only had those planks. They fit nice, if I remember the one I used are slightly wider than the ones in the kit. Second planking is not nailed in this case, that’s why I used the system I show in the video.
