Great podcast! I have a query regarding exercise. So in second trimester, since i get nauseous if i dont eat anything soon as i wake up, and thats goes on for every four hours theoughout the day, how should I make time for exercising....
I don't know why my pregnancy is so different I am in 10% rare case I did not have any nausea vomiting during first trimester even my weight is not very high neither I am getting any back pain I am shocked and sometimes I don't even feel like pregnant.but i am having mood swings in second trimester not in forst trimester.
