I’m 26 weeks first child and is a baby girl due 5th November, I’m currently experiencing call Paul tunnel syndrome in both arms :( bleeding gums, restless leg, a second ear infection, acid reflux, constant thirst and 20 trips to the toilet all around the clock…. Sleepless nights :( but it will be worth it, suffering terrible anxiety about giving birth… so scared:( love reading these comments and watching these videos are the only thing giving me reassurance
Hey Alexandra, I understand how you feel, had my first baby last September and had anxiety about labor starting on the second half of 2trimester, and I would like to share with you one thing that helped me calm down when the time came. An L&D nurse told me to remember that all the pain will be temporary and worth it. I just repeated this in my head through the labor pain along with the breathing exercises, etc. 😊 I will be praying for you 🙏❤️
You are almost there ... I am 19 weeks and facing the worst ENT infection plus UTI with pink discharge. Also having an episodic headache and leg cramps pretty much all night. I also have developed anxiety and become super sentimental.. lol... But it will be temporary... Once we all have our bundle of joy in our hands... We all forget our pains .. wishing you a happy healthy baby and safe delivery.
Bleeding gums …. God, I was spitting blooooood, pure blood! I just wanna tell you all that it literally stopped the evening after my delivery. Just like that, no more blood. So hang in there!

Thank you for your comment, it’s reassuring! Currently 23w and still struggling with bleeding gums! Every single time I brush my teeth, it’s a bloodbath without fail! 😅
@ our bodies are amazing! Everything goes back to normal. Just make sure you keep your regular dental hygiene and maybe go to your dentist for cleaning before you deliver, as you won’t really have the time to do so afterwards 😅I even had some stuff on my gums, looked like some growth tissue, gross… It disappeared on its own too. Teeth are not to worry about, the boob situation is irreversible tho 🤣🤣 Best of luck with your little one! 💞
Just found you today by looking up the week I'm in which is 14 weeks today. I'm a 1st time mama expecting the end of January. Got very lucky & didn't get morning sickness just the boob pain and headaches. Can't wait to watch more of your videos (:

I'm 21 weeks with my first baby. So excited to meet our little girl💕 I've been battling with pain in my pelvic/groin area and legs. My OB says it's possibly Pelvic girdle pain and nothing to be too concerned about. It's quite uncomfortable though.

I'll be 22 weeks this Friday (8/30/24). I haven't had most of these symptoms. I stand at work all day though n since I popped about 20 weeks I get midback and abdominal strain and tightness by the end of the day and by Friday my whole body is sore from the neck down. I work put typically 5 times a week so om getting movement in. Biggest thing is I hadn't had nausea even when my stomach hurt worst during first trimester until just after 20 weeks hit. Now I've had 3 says where I really thought I was going to throw up n pass out and feeling much tired like first trimester again. Had 2nd ultra sound last week n so far everything g has been good. Idk what would be causing this all of a sudden. It makes it really hard to function. I bought a brace similar to one in the video but feel it doesn't offer enough support.
Cause babies take nutrients from your teeth & I need to do that so I don’t get my teeth rotten out lol my dude nose bleeds a lot even before I got pregnant we have a humidifier that’s why I don’t have a bleeding nose maybe lol

I turned 18wks Friday and we got confirmation from the ultrasound Friday that it is in fact a little girl i had the non invasive myriad testing which said it was a girl around 12 wks super excited bc we had a miscarriage last September and it was really hard i get scared bc i have pretty severe endometriosis and i am used to spasms in my vagina and rectum as well as cramping most days even when not on my period.. now that I'm pregnant the pain has lightened but of course i still have occasional pain and i just get scared bc of past miscarriages.. just thinking positive and praying that she is our rainbow baby 💙

Pregnancy do make it worse , I swear gym shoes especially to work I wish I found u earlier I’m 27 weeks & 3 days lol I’m due for my 1st baby which is a girl on jan 19th , 2024 .

My left foot is the one that keeps swelling periodically since first trimester. Midwife said it was normal to swell on only one side, though. Compression stockings didn’t help and only made both sides swell. Someone clued me in to bananas being the solution. Apparently potassium counters sodium. Two bananas a day keeps the swelling away! 🎶 Water and walking help too. Sitting seems to be the primary cause.

heart burn prevents me from eating no eating causes constipation ...leading to i stantaneous vomitting.. i m sufferinf from cough throat infection which cause cough that brings out my food from deep down of the stomach.. but i m feeling no back pain ..its my 5th month starting
I'm 23 weeks with my first and just wanted to mention aeroflow breastpumps because if you need a tummy brace or compression socks and have insurance your doctor can send a prescription to them and it will save you money. I don't see information about this hardly anywhere and I didn't find out about it until after I spent a bunch on tummy braces so I'm hoping this will be helpful. They do breast pumps through insurance too but that's kind of in their name and not quite relevant until later.

Im experiencing bleeding gums I was worried that my prenatal vitamin was causing it because of the vitamin k. Im a little relief after watching this because I never really notices it in my previous pregnancies.
