Hi from North Queensland Australia. I'm 5 years carnivor, recently did a HbA1c,it was 6. I got a CGM and over a month my glucose averaged about 4.5 ranging 3.6-5.9 ?
The responses I usually hear to this is: A) Are you really eating as close to zero carbs as possible or are you including fruit, honey, etc? B) Take an glycated albumin test instead of hba1c - on carnivore, your blood cells live longer which artificially raises you hba1c.
