@@herohalv4543 He did NOT just mindlessly press all of his abilities, but switched shadows at the right time and went in in the right time. Also one of his key abilities is a skill shot, so next time watch the video.

That’s a pretty basic combo mate, he also missed half of his skill shots there, if you have some experience playing zed that’s something pretty basic, what’s important is what decisions allowed him to reach the point where he could just do that

@@calmgentleman that's simply not the case, Hector stated in one of his videos that across his many Smurf games, he has a 100% winrate, no matter how much they flamed or inted or sucked, he was able to carry, so the answer is not to just "git gud" or "get lucky", the answer is to master the fundamentals and play more league, as you need to actually practice using those tips that you get from these guides

Farm with autos and poke with abilities. If there r multiple minions that will die at the same time then use the AOE spell on them and poke with auto instead.

no last hit and when there is no cs to last it you can poke + remember that it’s not because a minion has 70 hp that you have to last it it you have to last hit it if there are multiple minions hiting it if there is only one you can last it it at 20hp just auto minion when you really have to

@@mohamadzakaria96 Viktor can quickly get oom if I'm spamming abilities without auto attacks to poke. And Azir doesn't have real "abilities to poke", it's all auto attacks

@@raphaelnej8387 The issue is that when I auto attack, it goes on cooldown and during that cd the minions can easily die even if they still have some health. If we take an example of the first wave, my opponent would come to last hit the melee minions when they're low. But of course if I begin to auto attack, the enemy minions will agro me for a moment and my wave would finish them off while I poke the enemy. Btw this is a greater issue when I'm playing Azir, I guess I should secure the minions.

You need to be the one dictating the pace of the push as the ranged laner you should always have 1 minion lead over your opponent to make sure you're never busy at the same time and to ensure you spike levels first. Gain a minion lead and aim to maintain it. Then push as fast, not faster than your opponent. This makes it easy to juggle CS and harassing at the same time.

When he goes to E the wave then use your abilities on him, cause he’s using E on the wave, which is his biggest dmg ability.

Cassiopeia player here and I'm also bad at it still - I've gotten better by playing 1v1's against my friend who's a Diamond Zed player, but I struggle into other matchups that should in theory be just as easy :/

@@GubbiGap playing scared, especially in a ranged vs melee matchup, is the quickest way to lose lane. Irelia and yasuo are good champs, but they have no kill threat when their dashes are on cooldown pre-6. Gotta step up and get poke down while they're floundering waiting to do damage again.

I play in low elo, because I'm exactly where I deserve to be. Anyway, I see a huge skill gap between junglers, sometimes there's junglers who don't know much, like me, and then there are those who are at the right place at the right time. It always amazes me how they're not higher, unless they're smurfs, just messing around.

@@ThorOdinson1269 I play a lot of jungle, it’s such a steamrolling role. That’s why it always looks like a massive gap because if one jungler gets ahead they can usually maintain a lead if their smart but it’s super hard to play from behind as a jungler.

You are taking this strategies to strictly, if you can't do it then don't do it viktor probably thought jungler was coming, sometimes you can do it sometimes you can't

The main advice of the video is that you should threaten plays which can be punished (taking dangerous cs, and freezing), because there's a chance they choose not to punish it or because they might try to punish too early.

@@leonardocota4703 not if he chunks you. If he comes up to potentially chunk you you have to get out. basically zed still tethered. Even if it means tanking the minions.

@@fireflameft2964 yeah, though it wouldnt matter if this wasnt a challenger zed tbh. instantly capitalizing on the level 6 is the reason this lane was hard won. You dont see that in your avarage elo. And if you see that they will just throw that lead again because they overpush and die in a gank because they have no ultimate anymore.

Did they really not talk about hitting lvl 2 before your opp? That's the most important during laning. Rush to 2 then powerspike trade.

he played bad, and zed counters, viktor without ignite cant win vs zed, simply not enough damage, what u do is u sit on the wave to bait him to use his combo in the wave and get pushed on and just cry for ganks

it's gold efficient in the long run to have refillable potions. also if you need 3 potions starting out, you might be playing wrong and taking unnecessary damage

Viktor didnt made too many mistakes. he didnt punished enough with the range. But again, Zed didnt let him most of the time, and even the times when he tested the waters, he would have been backing like instantly if viktor tried something. Zed really is melee. He can poke from range, but this game had like 0 poke in it that actually mattered. Like Talon doesnt have ranged poke, but he can 100-0 you at basically level 2/3. Akali has her shroud to go back out and wait for cds for the 2nd round. So the first round can basically be a poke. As you can outplay any trade with shroud. (its hard, but this is the reason why the discrepency between low elo and high elo akalis exists)

1) zed is melee. he has one ranged spell like all melee mids (kat q, talon w, kass q, etc.) 2) Viktor has one of the strongest early games. Watch pro play. 3) Ofc viktor doesn't know how to play. he is low elo. This channel is about winning in low elo. all gold mids will be as bad or worse than this viktor.

yas is basically melee. You have to tether his Q and know when he can just run you down with your minions to dont get baited by them.

Keep his E in mind. And dodge his 'nado.

You should be mid lane mid game, the problem is your solo laners wont leave, just check if your top laner has tp up and ping him to the farthest lane from the objective since he can tp to it if need be. And your midlaner should play on the closest side lane to the next objective for a fast rotation. It won't be perfect but that's the general idea you can side as well but only with your support otherwise its risky so if your mid refuses to leave mid just play the lane closest to the next objective for him.

Follow the safe gold, hit your item powerspikes, then look for fights.
