Perpetual Motion Machine is the machine that continues the motion of an object indefinitely. A perpetual motion machine is a hypothetical mechanical system that can work without an external energy source. However, this kind of perpetual mechanism is not possible in our real world. It's just an imaginary concept. This concept came from the state of an object in which it's a movement to be continuous. But the question is, are perpetual machine possible? The answer is no, the perpetual machine is not possible. The perpetual motion of physics is pretty simple.
Many RU-vidr demand that they made a real perpetual motion with Bhaskara's Wheel. They made the overbalanced wheel with the help of a bicycle wheel and some water bottles. But they did it with some hidden tricks. This video will show how they are fake and hidden tricks behind their experiment. And finally, the principle of perpetual motion is explained in this scientific video on this Matescium channel.
However, this video will describe how to make Bhaskara's wheel that debunking perpetual motion. Simply I would like to say, physics behind a perpetual motion machine is impossible. But, interestingly we can think that human beings as a perpetual motion machine.
Thanks for watching it.

can someone explain if you cannot create or use something from nothing by using the energy around us in all forms how does the earth rotate and stay on its axis do we charge it not
@pjingrey
@pjingrey 9 месяцев назад
The wheel should be rotating clockwise as the angle is crucial, it ( the angle sets the fluid in an outward direction this extends the leverage from the fulcrum ) rotating it the way you did anti clockwise pushes the fluid inward which is sapping the energy even with the fan aiding it, it will not sustain rotation, however in the other direction as the bottles go through TDC (top dead centre) the mass of liquid transfers to the base of the bottle which is further from the fulcrum than the neck, so provided the bottles are equally distributed around the circumference of the wheel what you have is weight distribution going from the neck to the base of the bottle, this is a good flywheel in motion and is in my opinion going to work as long as the load you place on it doesn’t get too heavy. To put it another way put equal amounts of bottles and fluids on a see saw tied equal distance from the fulcrum tie the ones on the right by the neck to the shaft as per the wheel so neck in board base out fluid will gravitate to the neck, then tie the same amount on the left at the same distance on the left but not on the underside of the shaft so the fluid runs from right to left and downwards to the base of the bottle I expect the see saw will tip left due to the same mass being out on a longer lever it’s the difference of the fluid from the centre. Looks good but bad illustration

The bottles must be half in, half out for it to work. You also have to make a way to break the speed so it doesn't shake apart.

Hi! Saw you on my channel so stopped by to see what you are all about! Very interesting topic that makes you think about everything that can create energy. I would have to agree that perpetual motion is not possible b/c nothing worth anything is free, including energy! Haha! Anyways, subbed your channel! Thanks for waking my old brain up a bit!

I don't know if this will ever work without some sort of trickery just outside of camera view .but one thing i know or believe is this is not truly an unbalanced system!!.... As having all the water bottles spaced at equal disant only balences out the weight on the wheel and thus cancels out each other due to equilibrium.

i agree that perpetual motion is not possible, but you have your wheel bolted to a desk drawer. if you had a near perfect, precision made wheel/hub/bearing, with the least viscous lubricant possible, mounted on a perfectly level and solid structure, it certainly wouldn't go on forever, but wouldn't it go on long enough to get some kind of usefulness? i always wonder how much better these machines would work if the components were made specifically for the machine. the wheel-spokes will be at different tightness from each other causing weight imbalance and an imperfect roundness to the rim of the wheel, also exaggerated by the pins that hold the spokes on, soda bottles have a tiny weight variance in manufacturing, the string holding them on will be different lengths, the lubricant in the wheel will be old and thicker from time, and the bearing has had much weight on it from use causing tiny flat spots all over the shim, the ring, and the ball. All of these things together make it a flawed experiment for all attempts so far. If you could use perfect components and lubricant, and build a small vacuum chamber to house it in, you might get more interesting results.
@Matescium
@Matescium 5 лет назад
Yes, I agree with you, perpetual motion is not possible but if we can avoid the friction of bearing and air resistance it must run for a long time but not an infinitely long time. Unfortunately, we cannot avoid the friction of the bearing. Yah, air resistance could be avoided by doing this experiment in a vacuum chamber, but bearing friction cannot be avoided. And moreover, the since the upstream and downstream momentum is canceling each other, no new momentum is created, we cannot expect the perpetual motion. But it can run longer time with precise experimental setup. Moreover, the idea to make this video is to show the cheating of other youtuber. I will try to make another attempt of this experiment in a vacuum chamber if I get near future. Thanks for your thoughtful comments.

This is the first time I have seen this experiment. You've explained it very well and I can see why the water bottle going up will cancel the water bottle going down. What about in space though with no gravity will this be the answer to traveling the vast distances between stars some day in the distant future? :-)
@Matescium
@Matescium 5 лет назад
Well, in zero gravity it seems to work. I never thought as, like this way, thanks dude in such a constructive discussion.
@tonyflow6244
@tonyflow6244 5 лет назад
There is gravity in space. Zero gravity is just an erroneous description of freefall. Anyway it wouldn’t work in zero gravity, as nothing would cause the wheel to spin.
