Secret of the Spirit - Internal conflict between the ruh and the nafs (English) 

This is the best explanation of this phenomena I've found so far as a lecture. Very easy to remember and act on.

Marsha Allah may Allah grant all the blessing to Dr. Quadri what wonderful explanation of Ruh And Nafas. It a wonderful way on understanding Tasawuff. If every one even tries to Change ones nafas to 0.01% this wonderful world would be such a nice place. I now understand the era of 500 and 600 Hijri when he says he wished to have born in that era.
