Hi Arpit, Amazing explanation and yet short. I enjoyed taking online coaching with you, due to some reasons couldn't continue badminton and had to discontinue s&c coaching as well. Now slowly getting back at it, and would plan to continue snc coaching with you.

This is good. I usually place a high degree of importance on the myotatic reflex in relation to power / speed generation in movements. This goes hand in hand with tendon strength and health. I think more coaches should study these concepts!

I think Lin Dan has best footwork as I observed. Very relaxed and precise, always ready to defend and attack.

Hey, I wanted to ask a question. Do you think that in order to use this tension better it's important to always be on your toes when doing a split jump, or should we have our feet flat on the ground?

I have video on my channel for bodyweight training which can be done safely without much need of coach bur still a bit of precautions should be taken. I ma not saying that u14 cannot do weight training but it will require proper progression and under a coach.
