Nitrosol - 150g
Caustic Soda - 50g
Sulphonic Acid - 500ml
Texapon - 150g
Soda Ash - 400g
SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) - 150g
STPP (Sodium Tripolyphosphate) - 200g
Foam Booster - 900ml
Color - 8g
Fragrance - 50ml
Formalin - 20ml
Silicate (for Car Wash) - 50ml
📌 Steps:
Mixing: Dissolve Nitrosol in a portion of water, then gradually add the Caustic Soda while stirring.
Combine: In a separate container, blend Sulphonic Acid and Texapon.
Add Soda Ash, SLS, and STPP to the mix, stirring thoroughly.
Incorporate Foam Booster, Color, and Fragrance. Stir continuously to ensure even distribution.
Add Formalin and Silicate, then mix until fully integrated.
