Isaac McDonald they have been working on this for months now, and basic Morse code and -really- basic forms of cryptography really isn't hard. it just takes time to do, but with all these websites offering solutions to ciphers it only takes a little while to find the correct one. hardest / most time consuming part of all of this was finding the actual locations of the clues because they're so tiny and the riddles are quite vague Cicada is multiple orders of magnitudes more complex and is expected to be done alone, along with having clues spread in capitals across the globe :) I do think the people involved in this have a passion for cryptography and wouldn't surprise me if some of these individuals partook in solving the Cicada logic puzzles that ended up on the public internet

Not really, though. The complicated stuff has all been done already. If you're using this video (and the links in the description) as a guide, basically all you have to do is take the time to record and transcribe the Morse Code and run around to each of the locations it gives you. No part of it was hard for me, it just takes a couple hours (and doesn't have to be done all at once).

Don't forget that you'll most likely spend an hour running around the same map because the headphones aren't in any of the locations.

It also happens if the MCOM is still undestroyed so thats not it. It just happens for no reason at makes this extremely annoying. But I just finished it was good fun

ABout to start on PS4. Have no idea how to get PS4 vid to audacity sound file... that part would have been a MASSIVE help in this vid.

Save the clip on your PS4, trim it to just the portion with the morse code then copy to a USB drive. Plug it into your computer, open the mp4 file in Audacity and you're done. If Audacity can't open the file, you need to get the ffmpeg plugin for Audacity to allow it to read AAC.

Open Broadcaster Software (OBS). It is used primarily to stream to Twitch or record gameplay through a PC.

The way I did it: suez or either Fao, then clip a minute. Download the clip from google (plenty sites) and you can drag the MP4 file straight into Audacity. Also on the ET to AB part you need to manually change the E's to A's and T's to B's, if you use a cipher on it, it makes it longer somehow and screw up your code.

Yes it was all done in empty server. I did that by manually searching the Server Browser and looking listing servers by player counts. On Xbox One there are tons of empty official servers for every map. Hope that helps!
