After 9-11, NATO members came to America's aid in Afghan without hesitation. They served alongside our men and women in uniform. Many of those NATO soldiers never made it back home. Interesting fact: America allocates much less of its military spending to NATO than any other country. 95% of the US military budget is allocated to supporting none-NATO countries which America has commitments to.
