Join us on a walking tour of Atzmaut Boulevard in Bat Yam and discover the hidden beauty of this vibrant area. From Yafa Park to Rothild Street, this tour will showcase the secrets of this unique neighborhood.
All historically significant monuments are located in this city on Ha'atzmaut Boulevard (translated from Hebrew as “Independence Boulevard”).
It originates from the embankment, and then on the border with Jaffa, “transforming” on the Jerusalem Boulevard, leading to the ancient port of Jaffa.
We will reach the square called ha-Matzeva (מצבה - translated from Hebrew as “monument”, “obelisk”) with a large and beautiful monument (in the evening this place is also very nicely illuminated) in honor of the heroes of the six-day Arab-Israeli war of 1967.
Fountain in Jaffa Park: it is from this place that Ha'Atzmaut Boulevard turns into Jerusalem Boulevard, leading north to #Jaffa If you go this way from Bat Yam to Jaffa: turning from the embankment from the Derech Ben Gurion road first to Blvd Ha'Atzmaut, and then following it to Jerusalem Blvd, the walk will take about 45 minutes to the central square with the Clock Tower in Tel Aviv.
On the long embankment (its length is about 2 kilometers) you can either take a leisurely walk or jog, or there are comfortable places to sit and enjoy the sea view. And if you walk along the embankment itself or along the road parallel to it (Derech) Ben Gurion in the direction of the north, then they smoothly flow into the long Yaphet Street, along which you can reach Tel Aviv in about 40-50 minutes on foot.
