Fertilized eggs should be consumed immediately. Should not be kept more than 5 days. Unfertilized eggs can be kept longer.

DOC, can you PLEASE do a video or just answer me here 😊, on how to manage the lighting for my 2500+ layers ( 7th week right now) Isa brown. They just started the grower feeds , But people told me just not to turn the light off at all ! So up to now the light 💡 (white color) is still on 24h/7 . We tried for 1h light off in the night But the birds were noisy,disturbed… Pleases

Put more hens than cocks then, take the eggs to your designated incubator within seven days. After 21 days it will be hatched and you give them the treatment you give day olds. Also ensure treating them monthly. Deworming is very vital and cocci. treatment are vital then always give them vitamins.

You forgot if they get too fat they won't lay eggs. You probably never experienced that because you are a business. But people that have chickens for pets tend to give them a lot of treats and make them too fat like I did😂. Now if have them on a diet and 2 out of 6 are laying again after 8 months of no eggs. I took about 2 months of diet so far.
