If A transfer 2 room only to B and he kept rest 2 rooms for his whole generation ( sons 'sons'son so on ) and made condition that if If whole A generation came to an end than that rest 2 room will go to B . Latter on B claimed ownership over that 2 rooms as A grands sons are not born . According to this rule , contact made is void but who will get property? ( will b get property? And what basis?
