Sir. unregistered Xerox records are allowed in accordance with section 65 c of the secondary evidence in Trial Court. but accepting the signatures on that Xerox record how is possible ...?

Section 67 speaks about the Proof of signature and handwriting of person alleged to have signed or written document produced, it means when any person is alleging that any document is in handwriting of any person, he must prove that the document is in handwriting of that person. Section 73 speaks about Comparison of signature, writing or seal with others admitted or proved, it means that disputed signature or handwriting is compared with the admitted one. If the handwriting and signature is already admitted in court that admitted handwriting or signature can be compared with the disputed one.
