वकील ही section 9 को गलत तरीके से बता ते है यह एक अच्छा कानून हैं घर बसाने के लिए, लेकिन जयदा तर गलतवकील अपनी मोटी कमाई करने के लिए लाकियों को गलत सलाह देते है। लड़की को यह बाद मे समझ में आता है जब समय हाथ से निकल जाता है।

right to receive maintenance pendente lite has accrued from the date of the application made by the other party for maintenance pendente lite and it has survived till the date of termination of proceedings or the date of withdrawal of petition, and till that date the Court has right to pass the order for maintenance and there is a right in the other party to receive such maintenance pendente lite and there is also statutory obligation on the part of the person withdrawing the petition to pay maintenance pendente lite and costs of litigation till that date. Such a right cannot be frustrated or rendered meaningless.

Restitution Of Conjugal Rights Transfer of Petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights Under Section 21 A (2)(b) Section 21 A (2)(b) of the Hindu Marriage Act allows for the transfer of petitions for the restitution of conjugal rights from one court to another. We aim to inform readers about the legal provisions involved in transferring such petitions in India. Overview on Section 21 A (2)(b) Conjugal rights are provided under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Section 21 A (2)(b) provides for the transfer of petitions for the restitution of conjugal rights from one court to another. Under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, conjugal rights refer to the right of each spouse to have a harmonious relationship and enjoy the companionship, comfort and affection of the other spouse in a marital relationship. The law recognises the importance of physical and emotional intimacy in a marriage and provides for remedies if either spouse denies the other their conjugal rights. If a spouse denies conjugal rights without any reasonable excuse, the aggrieved spouse can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. The court will hear the parties and may issue a decree of restitution of conjugal rights, which would require the respondent to return to the petitioner and resume the marital relationship. If the respondent fails to comply with the decree, the petitioner may file for judicial separation or divorce on the grounds of cruelty or desertion. Section 21 A (2)(b) provides for the transfer of petitions for the restitution of conjugal rights from one court to another. This provision allows the parties to request the transfer of their petition to a different court if it is more convenient or in the interest of justice. The District Court or the High Court, depending on the jurisdiction of the court where the petition was originally filed, may transfer the petition to another court of competent jurisdiction, either within the same state or to another state.

@@mrmrsllb4247 Sorry to offend you sir but there are other videos about SECTION 9 where they say that if SECTION 9 DECREE is passed by the court in favour of husband then in all cases like DOMESTIC VIOLENCE , SECTION 498 A , CRPC 125 , the husband gets the benefit regarding maintenance & other benefits . Many courts have denied maintenance & other benefits to wife after Section 9 case was filed by husband You also did not reveal that what if wife lefts & deserts the husband & is neither ready to return to her matrimonial home nor she is ready to give divorce . Naa Talaak dungi aur naa hi wapas aaungi Mine is the same case . So in such cases many other prominent lawyers have cited LEGAL NOTICE or SECTION 9 as the only plausible option . But maybe you have a different opinion . So I would pledge sorry to you if I said something wrong
