Great video and the most important safety tip...DON'T LOOSEN the other drum while under tension as you mentioned..TWICE!!!. So so important everyone understands what you said, only work on ONE DRUM while under tension. Thanks for this great video while stressing safety issues.

What if both cables came off and garage door is down ? Does that mean there’s no tension in spring ? If so how do i get tension ?
