There are more than 15 builders working in this sector and all have different prices, but still, let me tell you the rates of good builders. ATS Pristine Rate 6500 to 7000 PSF, ATS Le Grandiose Price range 4,500 to 5,000 PSF, ACE Golfshire Price range 5000 to 5500 PSF and Godrej Different projects have different price range from 8000 to 9000 PSF.

You are not telling the truth. The facts are: 1-No builder has land in its name. 2- Only 10% of total cost of land is paid. Who will pay the 90% cost? 3- The land was alloted to build world class sports facilities. 4- The sports facilities are shabby . 5- ATS pristine phase 2 is ready for last 2 years but no OC is issued by authorities. 6- The same will happen with other builders also. 7- Ideal case of a bigger scam in the making.

Just a correction, Tata Godrej & Shapoorji Pallonji Group. Do not compare with Delhi or Noida local builder. There participation in whole group business is not more than 10%. And these builder showed there credibility across India.

I had already given the idea at the end of the video that don't put your money on builders who put your money on brand building and advertising, so don't invest on builders like Godrej and Tata. So, try to invest your money on those builders who have maintained the quality and timely delivery like ATS, A.C.E.

Recently I visited this area, Tata and godrej start with more than 70l, ats more than 70l, and smridhi is about 74 lakh, eldco about 67lakh, in eldco offer is running, but it will take at least 2 to 3 years to get possession

Purvanchal is one of the best Builder in this region and It is an excellent project to live in, but the only problem with this project is that it is out of the city and you have to come to Greater Noida for daily necessities.

It is not over price sector, it is over hyped actor. If you go with low level builder like Antriksh, you will get cheap flats but If you want quality flats in ATS then you have to pay for it. But, I will not recommend Godrej and Tata.
