As a nondenominational Christian I feel as though many of us are being deceived by false teachers. I have been doing alot of research on Orthodox Christianity and I continue to feel drawn to it.
As someone raised catholic (latin heretic) and nowadays forced to attend a protestant church (Billy Graham/Benny Hill sermons and speaking in tongues types), let me say that Orthodox RU-vid always feel like reading the instructor's manual of a textbook.
@@santiagodiaz3358 Born in a catholic majority country in the 90s and then my mom got disenchanted of them, but remained religious, so now she is forcing me to attend the proty church, it didn't help that I was single for most of my teen years.
@@LuisGonzalez-hs5pe have you talked to your mother about it? In my case being raised protestant I just told my mother I was going to start attending the Orthodox Church in my city regularly and she didn't mind
I was like freaking out on here being suspicious of my priest. Honestly he knows all the priests I listen to online. And wow. I was freaking out in fear thinking about ecumenism. But. I should have been honest with him from the get go. I am so amazed and this takes all fear away and I truly admit that God is the greatest. Wow. I am amazed. Please don't make my mistakes. TELL YOUR PRIESTS ABOUR YOUR CONCERNS. TRUST IN GOD.
May we all have your blessings Father Peter ☦️ Lord have mercy upon what Your hands had made, those who bear Your image and likeness... Especially those who don't realize the danger secularism spirit. May the Holy Spirit help those so called humanitarian Christians to experience the light in Theanthropic salvific Orthodox Church!
Jesus says call no man on Earth 'Father' in Matthew 23:9 but for one is your Father, which is in heaven." Why do you call this fella Father? Honest question because I thought only the Catholic system coerces its followers to do it and I already know the system is an abomination, (but many of the people are not, although our lord says his people are destroyed for lack of knowledge, Hos 4:6.)
@@JPH4886 Saint Paul to Corinthians: For you may have countless instructors in Christ, but you don’t have many fathers. For I became your father in Christ Jesus through the gospel.
@@thenordicchad4972 I only look at KJB for doctrine and I don't see Paul claiming that title, he accepts being spiritually tied to other believers like a father and uses the important concept of "begotten": “For though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.” We are children of God (Galatians 3:26) but can never be begotten of God, only Jesus is begotten of God, though we can call him Father. We can be spiritually begotten to other Christians, but not even other Christians should hold that title. Paul wasn't claiming that title, he was using it as a figure of speech, lower case 'f'. Good verse thank you ^ made me have to study that.
I find myself being drawn to Orthodox Christianity but I cannot Imagine good Christians who truly love and worship God not being accepted by God. I have a real problem with that. This basically means only Orthodox Christians will be accepted by God and this disturbs me greatly.
You're correct about one thing. These things ARE taking place on earth right now. Mount athos, Rome, Jerusalem and ALL who have participated in the lies, hypocrisy, and harming of the very least of Jesus' brothers and sisters are being measured right now, before the New Jerusalem comes done from heaven.
@alexeios, don't be so sure. All the famous world leading freemasons coming and going in The Garden, all the fighting between official by the state monks and non official , locked in their monastery brothers without help from outside, isn't a sign to you that through their mortal passions, the shadows haven't already crippled a little in there?
The "Us versus them" is only found in the material/mortal/fallen body/church. Here we listen to a mortal/material/fallen body speaking...so now listen. Most importantly let the speaker listen to himSELF.
It is really looking that way the way things are going. Even within Orthodox Churches speaking of the "faithful". I see myself falling down but throughout history the Saints always tell us to immediately get up and repent and never allow the evil one to lead us to despair. May the Lord have mercy on us all and lead us through repentance and confession to his Holy Kingdom.
Repentance is a lifelong stance. If we turn away from God & return to this world, we have strayed, our repentance has ended & we can be taken by the enemy.
Even the Saints lived (& struggled) in the world, when they were still contestants here. But we are not to be of this world. We are God's people & should be set apart. Our citizenship is in God's Kingdom.
Brother stop scaring people, and stop judging. Christ clearly said ALL sin will Be forgiven accept those who sin against the Holy Spirit, meaning those who DENY Christ came on the flesh and was the Savior. You are taking Revelation out of context. God is love. Those who have love also have God, no? Only those who reject Christ, who reject the truth that He was God incarnate, and who also reject Love, will not be saved . Stop judging those who don’t go to church often, because some of them have more faith than you will ever understand. Just like the centurion, whom Christ said had more Faith than any one in Israel, yet the centurion never went to temple.
You mean St. Cornelius? Yeah, he was Orthodox, too. You're kind of proving his point with that example. Telling someone the truth isn't judgmental. It's an act of love. Is it "love" to lie to someone or to fail to warn them of an imminent threat?
Your right, because the antichrist has been here for 2000 years and apostle John wrote about it. And the antichrist is somebody that you have in every sermon , is called ( fake apostle Paul) the 13 self appointed apostle.
Miserable Heretick, begone in Jesus Christ's Holy Name, Amen. If you don't Repent, God is sharpening His Sword, he is aiming his arrows, you are in Danger of Death and condemnation in Hell, for all Eternity.
Theres an american in youtube that used to be a protestant pastor who also talked badly about Saint Paul...in the end his blasphemy made him leave christianity completely and hes fully immersed in new age and alien nonsense. Your soul is in danger. Repent.
Before Paul was, Moses was, and he advised us about him, in deuteronomy 13, for the 13 apostle, The one that claimed the law was given by angels, Galatians 3:19, Got rid of the circumcision Got rid of the sabbath Got rid of the Lord feast Got rid of the law Got rid of the stake and invented the cross Was tormented by a demon .2 corinthians 12,6:8 And is the head of every Christian church, while they keep Yeshua crucified as a mockery,. At the judgment day is not Paul who will be there to judge you , is Yeshua, There reason people defend Paul, is because they don't know Yeshua,. The name of Paul is mentioned a hundred times in a sermon, while Yeshua gets ignored. LORD LORD BUT WE MADE MIRACLES IN YOUR NAME AND HE WILL SAY DEPART FROM ME YOU DOERS OF INIQUITIES. MATTHEW 7:21,23
