I love the home! But, it needs a way bigger pantry. Perhaps, one that you can walk into and have lots of food storage space.

Primary is misspelled. Will the builder make interior structure changes (i.e. move walls, no tub but walk shower instead)? If not is there a similar floorplan with 3 bedrooms?

This builder does not. Typically the models you see are how they are going to look because they pull permits on the floor plan as is. There are a couple of 3 bedroom models that are similar.

It depends on what is available when ready to buy but the starting price is $340,000. I was able to get a contract at a discounted 338,000 price. It also depends on community

Hello! This home is by Lennar a bigger builder so they only build in their communities. The communities do not have high HOAs but they will have an HOA

But they start in the $340s however, they currently have some at a discounted rate. 1 is at $328,494 - 2nd one at $334,994 and then there’s a couple others.
