We install the Tuffy Products under seat lockbox in a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500. This locking steel box offers more than 3,500 cubic inches of storage under key. The lid is split into two halves, which matches the fitment of the rear seat. You can easily open the lid with just one of the seats lifted, from either side of the truck.
The Tuffy Products Under Seat Lockbox sells for about $400.

I wouldn’t use thumbs screws because they’ll loosen up. I’d used washers and nuts with nylon inserts so they aren’t backing out.

The box is great, but the locks are easy in! Stay away until they do something about the locks!

Interesting. I see these as more of a theft detourant rather than a Fort Knox security on wheels. Thanks for watching.

@@Shoptoolreviews they are to slow someone down, but a good hit with a hammer and dowel it’s done. I seen 3 reports on youtube and I seen one . They are cast, so would a few dollars more for a good lock hard to do. They are made to secure and most think it will keep people out, as advertised they should.

im confused is this about watching how this is installed and benefits of it or watching you? you could have showed installation from start to finish and with all the information only if you had left yourself out and done voice over...smh
