State nomination criteria for 190 Visa in Queensland!
If you are a skilled worker living and working in Queensland and want to apply for the Skilled Nominated visa (Subclass 190), this one’s for you!
To be eligible for Queensland nomination, you must meet both the Australian Department of Home Affairs and Migration Queensland criteria.
Department of Home Affairs criteria include:
* Score at least 65 or higher, including state nomination points
* A positive skills assessment in an eligible occupation
* Being under 45 years of age
* Score at least competent english
Important notes:
* If you have or applied for a 491 Visa, you won't be nominated for the 190 Visa.
* If you're eligible for both the 190 and 491 visas, only submit one EOI and select both visa subclass options.
* DO NOT submit multiple EOIs.
* You must submit a new EOI for this financial year
* Businesses must have a physical office in Queensland, no virtual offices.
