Do you get the full flow information from newer devices without the flow sensor or do you always need the flow sensor to get the layer 7 info? Great overview!

Says no equipment is needed Flow collector, Flow sensor, Packet analyzer, UDP director, ISE all seem pretty necessary to actually get the goods from this EDIT: Great video and explanation though!

No its a simple trick of reversing the image in post. You'll see that he's writing with his left hand, when in reality he's right handed. Pretty popular way to do videos on RU-vid, otherwise your back is always to the camera.
