In this video we will walk you through one of our most recent completed fiberglass pool installation projects.
This modern swimming pool project took us just a few short weeks to complete.
This client chose "The Supreme 40'" by Leisure Pools in Crystal Blue. This pool measures 16' in width by 40' in length. The steps on both sides of this swimming pool provide relaxation and rest opportunities while offering limitless room for swim.
The pavers are Unilock's Beacon Hill Smooth XL in Steel Mountain color.
These Unilock pavers and the stone waterfall with attached fire rings make this backyard beautiful yet modern.
The pergola was a perfect option for this project as it provides shade and a perfect place to relax and enjoy the summer sun.

What kind of adhesive do you use for the bluestone? I have some pieces that have come loose. Great videos by the way! Thank you for sharing Had to edit this so people know, it isnt an installation they did, previous homeowners and many years ago

Love your videos, I see it looked like you had drain pipes in the ground, I assume for concrete for the pergola. Any photos/videos of that connection? Did you just anchor brackets through the pavers into the concrete to secure the 6*6? Beautiful project!

We took the pavers out for the pergola crew and cut the pavers to fit around the posts.

Absolutely beautiful!! Did your company do the entire landscaping as well? We are considering a pool here in South Carolina but my concern is the machinery roughing up the surrounding lawn and whether or not that is an added expense we would need to replace any grass using sod. I really enjoyed watching this video, I only hope we can find a company down here that provides as much care and quality of service as your company seems to do.

We just did the pool and hardscape/fence. Site/Lawn restoration is something you need to account for.

Stupid question that i can probably Google. What is the benchmark shot? Is it just what height you want the pool to be at?

Simply a measurement of a height that will never change during the project that can be always used as a reference. It's not uncommon to need to move your transit, so going back and measuring the benchmark will allow you to do all the math again to get back on track. A good one would be the bottom of a door on a house that you are not removing.

@@AlbertGroup idk the name of the tool, but have seen them used hundreds of times. But I'm guess that is what the person is doing when building a pool. They have a tripod set up somewhere in the pool after it's dug out and it has a device on the top sort of like a camera. But you use a hard measuring stick with a device set to the height you want I guess. Then after the walls are all set up. You can then Set the stick ruler on top of the pool wall, and then it pings telling you if the wall needs to be raised, lowered, or if its at the correct height. Would that be considered a benchmark shot?

@@cravenmorpus It's a laser level (I prefer a very good optical transit like this one. www.globaltestsupply.com/product/leica-352038-nak2-automatic-level?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIhIyLsaHu-wIVlb7ICh2MlAlQEAQYBCABEgLmz_D_BwE). The tripod is set off to the side of the pool and a receiver is used on a grade rod. But, that is just to check elevation and if the pool is level. A benchmark shot is to have a measurement that does not move if say the tripod is put away overnight, or moved some other way. For instance if you measure the benchmark of the door sill on the house to be exactly 4' 0" and you want the pool to be set 4" above the door sill your goal would be 3' 8". Now let's say the tripod needed to move for whatever reason and when you measured that door sill this time you read 5' 2", your new goal would be 4' 10". The rod starts at 0 and measures feet and inches (or metric, or decimal feet) as you go up the rod. So to
