That is done in workshop using some tools, probably we can't explain the process over youtube comments....

It’s not iron rods. Go get yourself some electrical conduit from the hardware store. Very simple.

Goto the hardware store. Get yourself some electrical conduit. Either use your foot or get a pipe bender and that’s about it. We have classes you can attend in the US yo learn this.
