Hi Steven I came to the site after all the soil was down and rotavated I think they used concrete blocks to raise and level to the fence

I’ve been told you don’t need to rake after you sow. Just put a topper on it and you’re good.

I had some poorly laid turfs put down last year when I had my garden re-landscaped. Not very even. I've tried going over the turfs with a mix of topsoil, lawn sand and seed mixed together, and then overseeded. I've covered the area with fine netting to keep the birds off and watering it twice a day. What else can you advise? It is only a small area no more than 9 sq mtrs.

Seems fine day nothing else, feed with this in about 6 weeks when you start cutting and you will notice a massive difference gardenlawncareguy.com/shop/fertiliser/glg-spring-summer-dark-green-fertiliser/

I will scarify soon but lawn needs levelling so can I do it a the same time. Is it scarify, level then overseed. Not sure which is the best way to doi it. I don't want to do it from scratch as lawn is ok. Thanks Matt

Yes that's fine, just don't Bury the seeds too deep, if there are deep levels build them first then seed. If you need any help with the seeds check gardenlawncareguy.com

I just tilled my yard and removing rocks and weeds. Do. You recommend using a top soil as the soil is loose about 6 inches deep now. Juat curious what you think my bext steps should be. Thank you looks great

It's the same job but different footage I just edited only the timelapse part to make this one shorter and easier for people to follow. The audio was also bad I the first one and I think it's a useful job for people to watch

I think this video shows people that planting grass seed is not so hard as they think. Research the seed that you want to use, Plan ahead and follow these easy steps that you just showed on the video. I did this last fall and came out with very nice results.
