I just came across your channel and love it! I'm startijg to make moat of my own foods (crackers, ketchup, etc) as store bought foods are loaded with so many unhealthy ingredients so ive been binge watchijg your videos!! Keep them coming 😀 Thanks!

Do you think they would keep fresh longer if you froze them after baking? I’m thinking of making a huge batch.

They keep fresh for quite a long time (weeks) in an air tight container at room temperature.

We are making these today but they burned at the time and temp. We can't seem to find the magic combo. Too low they are chewy.

Hmm, sorry to hear. Maybe make sure they are the correct thickness? Could be your oven as well.
