Friends, hello everyone. every year in Russia they celebrate the departure of winter - this holiday is called Maslenitsa. A week before this holiday, many people start baking pancakes. Pancakes are considered a symbol of the holiday and symbolize the ruddy sun. The holiday represents the beginning of spring. Another obligatory tradition of Maslenitsa is considered to be the burning of an effigy. For this holiday, I went to the nearest city and shot a video.

Hello Nastya, Your Videos remind me of my childhood in a small villiage, during the 60is in Germany. Very happy memories of cold winters with plenty of snow, good, honest food and people. Been to Moscow in 1976....love Russian people and culture, however diverse. Now I live in tropical Australia and miss the cold, and the coziness of a warm fire, warming food and a simpler life. My mother has often referred to me as "the first pancake." In English this means usually the first pancake is ruined because it seasons the pan, but all the pancakes that come after are perfect.😆 I prefer to make pancakes with my grandmother.🥞

В блины яйца не добавляют , молоко тем более. Настоящие блины бывают сантиметр толщиной , а не как как плёнка тонкая. С молоком тесто будет сырое , с яйцами тоже . Надо прокисшее молоко , и тесто надо держать несколько часов на дрожжах
