My parents went on a cruise two years ago from New York to Halifax. We live on the West Coast, and they had been planning a Baltic Sea cruise for their 30th anniversary in June 2020 (no surprise on what happened). When that was thrown out the window, they opted for a smaller cruise up the Northeastern Coast. So they went in 2022 when it was deemed safe enough to go. They got to visit a couple places in Canada, and Halifax was the last stop. My dad said it's the most beautiful city he's ever seen. I jokingly asked if they saw Theodore Too in the harbor, and they said no, he wasn't there. I'm surprised they even remembered us kids watching that show a long time ago. And I didn't even know Theodore Too was moved to Ontario recently. You're so lucky to have gone on a tour on Theodore Too. And to see the models! I hope someday to visit Halifax. I've always been fascinated with history, but I'm so used to American history that I want to learn more about Canada's history. I know it sounds strange, but everywhere I visit, if it's a new place, I want to learn about its history. And I'd love to go to the museum to see the Theodore Tugboat models. It looks so cool!

What an amazing experience! So cool you got to ride Theodore. When I was little I loved watching Thomas and Theodore on PBS. Thomas was more known and my parents took me to ride with Thomas. I was so surprised there was a Theodore experience too, it was my first time on a boat, standard river cruise boat. It was so long ago but I distinctly remember the captain on the intercom saying the map flew out the window and we were lost. As an adult that sounds so silly, but I and all the other little children were shocked. What will we do?! And then Theodore came to save the day and guided the boat back to the dock. A fond memory for sure.
I see that Tugs toy in the back! Always wanted a toy from that show, never was able to find any as a kid. However that Thomas thing you have back there, I did used to have that as a kid!
I grew up with the show and man if I got that lucky chance to get a private encounter with the original models I would just cry.....for maybe like 10-15 mins 😂

Theodore too is now located in Ontario Canada during the summer time I've seen in person it is very impressive in person it is definitely amazing to see in person however I would've loved to have seen Theodore him in the birth place of Nova Scotia Halifax.
Halifax was a pretty cool city to stay in, visiting the museum was a real treat. It was very interesting to see that a lot of the things that you see in Halifax have been so accurately been modeled in Theodore Tugboat. I only spent two days in Halifax, but that give my family and I plenty of stuff to do. I saw Theodore Too up close and almost bowed down to it in public, but I didn’t ride him. The Museum was a lot of fun, and I spent a BUNCH of time at the Theodore Tugboat exhibit, but unfortunately George, Emily, and Foduck were not on display. I’m excited to see the second part of the vlog!
I remember I went on a cruise to Halifax back in 2000 and seeing the big Theodore outside the museum. Unfortunately we didn't go inside the museum but I did get to hang out on the giant whale fin outside it lol
Theodore and his friends must not be too popular at the museum and I’m sure they were very surprised. So they thought, these guys deserve to see them but up close and personal
