Santacruz Electronics Export Processing Zone (SEEPZ) is a Special Economic Zone in Mumbai, India. Situated in the Andheri East area, Seepz was created in 1973 and was seen as export processing zone. SEEPZ mainly houses electronic hardware manufacturing companies, software companies, and jewelry exporters of India. More than 40 percent of India's total jewelry exports units come out from Seepz. The company provide employment to most of illiterate people which come from rural areas in jewellery line business which based on their skill & productivity of output provid, they work like to design gold, setting, quality checking, proper finishing & setting up as per customer order/demand. Seepz is India's largest jewellery manufacturing hub. The Andheri area also well known for Seepz company. It's 5km from Andheri station.
