The Smart Telescope revolution is here. I go over everything you need to know about the ZWO SeeStar S50. Don't want to spend thousands of dollars on astrophotography equipment? Tired of freezing in the cold? This review is for you.
Disclosure: This review is not sponsored in any way and any opinions expressed in this video are my own. The SeeStar unit was on loan from All-Star Telescope and was returned after testing and review. I loved using it so much that I will be buying my own soon to replace my DSLR/Star tracker setup.

You convinced me. I just ordered the Seestar and some accessories using your affiliate link. I know I'm going to enjoy this smart telescope.

I love my SeeStar. I was just doing some imaging tonight. I still can't believe it comes with all of these features for under $500 (I didn't even have to pay tax or shipping!). I live in a mid-sized, light-polluted city, but I can capture the Sun and Moon and nebula and galaxies. I love it!
@josh8560
this is the best review ive seen on the seestar s50!
@mikewarkentin8736
Very good review of the Seestar. I have both the Seestar and an AP rig consisting of a DSLR, WO Zenithstar 73 and an AZ-GTi mount with an ASIAIR Plus and while the rig does a great job, the learning curve of the rig vs the Seestar is much longer. Guess which scope gets the most use, the Seestar. Would love you to do a video on post processing using Siril.

Good review, spot on! Yes I would like to see a video on processing the raw data. So far, with what little I know and have done with Siril, my results were no better than my Seestar has done.

Count down timer on the app is a good idea, but does it not throw any low battery 🪫 alerts? I haven’t run it down to that level yet.
@garymorrison1009
If only it had a larger field of view and better planetary capability! still though the price can’t be beat for what you get
