Seems like a decent ride. I like that "find my" integration! Hopefully it just doesn't alert them that they're being followed by my scooter that they stole!
Fantastic video. I still wouldn't recommend riding through grass, because there are holes in grass field that will hold the scooter to a halt and you will fly out of the scooter (based on personal experience)
You’ll like the vsett 8. Faster speeds better battery cheaper price folding handlebars. Better suspension. I sold my g30 max after a week. Had to many issues with the screen.
@@Airbornealltheway88 yeh but the vsett doesn’t have indicators visible from the front and not great from the side and is only ip54. If it came in another colour that I preferred and was ip55 or better, had more visible indicators and the two puncture resistant pneumatic tyres like the segways then I would absolutely want that one. To be fair I’m uk based and they not legal and when they are rumour is 500 watt nominal max! so won’t replace my Etwow yet 😀
@@e-scooterguy not gonna lie. I never even use mine. But if that’s a feature you use then yes. But they also make bigger turn signals if needed for the vsett 8
Got mine because of this review! Nice job Ben! Really do enjoy mine. Also have gotten the original version of this on the other video comparing others under $1000.
Still have my original nine it max works perfectly after a brake fault glitch solved by unplugging the sensor from the motherboard and plugging it back in after all the “fixes” Segway had. Would like suspension but I’m not using it enough to justify spending another 1,000 bucks.
Thanks for the review. Now that you've driven the Inmotion Climber and the Segway Ninebot Max G2, which one would you pick ? Is the dual motor of the Climber a game changer ? How does it affect the battery range comparing to the Max G2? Would you trade the dual motor of the Climber for the riding comfort of the Max G2 ?
Is that the headlight near the handlebars? Looks like it would point more upwards.. looking for a good nightrider scooter. Anyone know how well the headlight works?
Sometimes my Segway max g30l brakes malfunctionly idk why because it’s a new scooter but 1 year used and it the back brakes dosent work and yea I fall when back brakes don’t work
I just got it and have it connected to the app but my max speed shows as 20 instead of 22 miles. Do I need to ride it before 22 is available? Asking because i can't ride it for another week.
They added double suspension and thats it, i think after 4 years they could have done a little more, i own the G30 for years now and was think about upgrading but the max g2 just doesnt cut it, still same battery and 50watts more on the motor is not interesting at all
I think that this one is way better than the last version however I wouldn’t but I because of the looks and boringness to it. Something like a vsett looks way cooler.
is this great for those lifted and bumps on the side walks cus I seen some lifted up sidewalks and its terrible with the Es2 that I have now it makes a loud noise
"We've been out for hours and hours" shows screen which shows 4.8 miles and 20.4 miles remaining. Hours and hours to do less than 5 miles? C'mon man. So range is unknown for reals but yes if real then 25 miles is what you flashed on the screen 40kms.
Question : existe t il Une trot fiable Waterproof Bonne autonomie ( plus de 15Ah ) Pas trop lourde ( moins de 20 kg ) Et pas trop longue (Moins de 110 ) Impossible ? Merci
to be frank this might be best scooter ever build to heavy people also range perfect build like tank charger is dope and onley negative or i should ask this cant do over 22 mph right or be twigged to go faster thats onley negative i have wit this scotter if this one could push 30 35 at least would be great
I am missing my headlight to my Segway is there any way to bypass not hooking up the headlight and still having my scooter run perfectly please help please let me know
The display is trash in sunlight. Brakes are weak even after being adjusted. I've purchased 2x Max G2s and they both came with damage to right side. Both are being returned. My first one never overheat, 2nd one overheated on first battery.
When they do the grade test, they angle the camera in order to make it look steeper than it is. You can tell by looking at the buildings in the background, which are level, but the camera angle does not match them. What else are they embellishing?
Iphone there, bit of iphone there and dont forgot! More iphone. That was the main point i was geting.. (btw this a joke before you try to cut my head off)
good if you u want to take charger with you but scooters are already so heavy.. as a daily driver it should be easy to pick up and transport.. I often need to go on bus or train. the thoght that i lift the charger everytime and range could also be better or less battery for same range
Unfortunately, G2 is not a perfect commuter scooter. Compared to G30 (BTW I love that scooter) , it has way worse LED screen (illegible in the sun), it is more than 5 kg heavier, and has different front and rear tire sizes (wait, what?). If you don't mind those drawbacks, G2 should be a great upgrade to G30 in terms of ride quality and motor power. I am seriously considering the upgrade. I'm currently waiting for XDFW custom firmware to be ported to G2. I cannot imagine riding on stock.
