She didn't deserve any of this, she just wanted to be friends but ended up being used without even being aware of it. She deserved so much better. She was always willing to help her 'friends' but they weren't willing to help her. Like she said 'she was a tool to you'.
Seiko should've ditched her shitty friends and gotten together with Nagito. As brief as their interactions were, Nagito was still the only character we saw who showed her any genuine respect or appreciation. He wouldn't have used and abused her like Ruruka did.
The most disturbing part about this to me is that this happened all because of Nagito's luck, something seeningly completely unrelated to the stuff Seiko goes through. All Nagito wanted was for the exams to be cancelled or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. What do you know, Seiko is the unlucky one to get hardcore screwed over by the universe
Nagito was also the only person that truly respected or appreciated Seiko, which makes it all the more tragic that he's the one who inadvertently did the most damage. And she seemed to like him back too. Under different circumstances, they could've been a cute couple.
I legit cried when she died She's the only danganronpa character where I cried for her death, it's so sad that she was only being used all she wanted to do was have some friends and help
I never realized until now that, in the hope arc, they could've of brought back Seiko with the antidote instead of Kirigiri, and therefore replicate it to bring back the rest of the dead.
Supa puggy pug no unfortunately Kirigiri has drank the syrup before hand I think because she stole it from when Seiko was dead what Seiko made has to be used immediately also it only works on the poison so technically speaking it would’ve only been handful to Ruruka’s boyfriend, The first Victim that died from violence, and Kyoko since the others died from other means
@@TWDividence I guess, but they didn't say Kirigiri drank the syrup at all, and if I recall it was more of a reassertion type of medicine, because Kirigiri died later in the show, not sure about what exact time, however it was quite some time ago, they also didn't explain if it can cure just the poison.

I just got into Seiko and i love her! shout out to Erin Fitzgerald and Amanda C. Miller who both did splendid jobs of voicing adult and kid Seiko but Holy Mackerel when Seiko goes full on Bane mode at 3:01 this is something else entirely! Don't do drugs kids, unless you want to turn into a roided out beast like she did
Ruruka and Sonosuke were manipulative assholes who used Seiko and pretended to be friends with her. Seiko was always ready to help Ruruka but Ruruka treated her like shit when she got expelled saying that it was Seiko's fault. Then in the final killing game Ruruka tried to kill her by stepping on her shadow then says "you never appreciated my talent and the sweets I made" Seiko would have been better off if she hadn't met Ruruka and Sonosuke. She deserved better.
agreed, Erin Fitzgerald is a legend and her voice is super versatile, she's also the same woman who voices the game version of Genocide Jack and some of Junko Enoshima's personas
Wait. I just realized. Remember Danganronpa Despair Arc? And where Akane had a fight with Nekomaru? Teruteru gave Akane a drink which was full of steroids, Teruteru said he got help from his "Ultimate High School Pharmacist" friend. Well, Seiko is a pharmacist! Does that mean Teruteru and Seiko are friends?
Yes. That's how Nagito found out about Seiko in the first place, and why he gave Teruteru that Sayaka Maizono album. Because Teruteru knew Seiko and got his drugs from her, even though she probably didn't know what they were actually being used for. I imagine she wouldn't be too happy to hear about the Sexy Soup incident though.
6:15 Underrated moment that doesn’t get a lot recognition. She admits what she did wrong in terms of losing herself to rage and she still managed to determine the meaning of all her actions.
I honestly don't blame Seiko for losing her cool, since Ruruka is an awful person that could get under anyone's skin. And you have to be _especially_ awful to get someone as sweet and harmless as Seiko Kimura to want to rip you apart. I think if Ruruka didn't provoke her, then Seiko could've survived. Plus Seiko recently lost the only person that was even remotely kind or respectful to her (Nagito Komaeda) during the Killing School Trip, and there's a chance that she watched the broadcast along with the rest of the Future Foundation, so she was probably not in a very steady mood to begin with. And she died not knowing he would be coming back. I wish Seiko could've lived so that Nagito could've not only congratulated her in-person for making the medicine that saved Kirigiri, but also explained the truth behind her expulsion and made amends over what happened all those years ago. It would've contributed greatly to both of their character arcs. But at least they could still meet up again in the Island Mode timeline.
Seiko is literally the epitome of DID NOTHING WRONG! She was my favorite addition to the anime and her story is so tragic 😭 She deserved so much better!

I got really mad when seiko and ruruka were mad at each other and they were like "you're the traitor, you're the traitor" without even trying to talk it out, there was a lack of communication that pissed me off
They didn't have time to "talk it out". They were acting under time pressure. By the time they were done "talking it out", another person could be dead, including either of them. That's why they never bothered with a class trial like the other Killing Games.

When I 1st saw her I actually liked her too I was actually very intrigued on what her talent would be in full detail Then when I watched more I fell in love because she had a awesome monster form she can make people feel better Then when I watched more I fell in love because she Is very friendly and she's very cute

In the beginning of the first episode of Future Arc, when they're showing the Remnants of Despair, they show Seiko stopping Mikan from sticking a syringe into some guy's eye.
Honestly looking back on this, Ryouta, Kizakura, and Seiko were the best characters in the danganronpa 3 anime. Seiko deserved better, all she wanted to do was help people which is why I rlly hate Ruruka bc she took advantage of Seiko's kindness and betrayed Izayoi for no reason
