Bom dia amigão! Eu tenho um Seiko kinetic e o Rotor não está girando bem ele está como travado não gira livre, está muito duro.. porém não está carregando.. já revisei o rolamento e gira normalmente... O que poderia ser?? Obrigado!

I have a SEIKO KINETIC 7L22-0AA0 and the Chronograph big hand will not move, do you think this is the problem or do you think it is a coil causing it not to rotate? I just replaced the capacitor and it ticks fine.
