Seiko model SPB239 automatic wrist watch from Seiko Prospex Collection. SEIKO Japanese made Automatic movement Caliber 6R35. Stainless steel case, screw-down crown, black 0-60 bezel. Anthracite color dial with date calendar. Brown nylon strap. Water resistant to 200 meters.

It’s definitely long, however you should be able to fold it back. If not, the material is such that you could cut it and melt the edge to prevent fraying.
