They should have dumped Jerry. He was the only one that wasn't funny. Rather than go off the air, they should have had Jerry go out to Calif (indefinitely) and changed the name of the show to Jerry's Apt. Then they could keep all the characters going for a good long time. Who needs Jerry? He was dead wood.
Was he modeled after D.A Burger from Perry Mason? Burger was known for multi-word objections like that, although Burger did not have the same ridiculous voice.

A side character who appears in 5 episodes and is more memorable and quotable than most sitcoms main characters just shows how far ahead Seinfeld was/still is

Phil Morris was made for this role! LOL every actor cast on Seinfeld was perfect which shows how astute Jerry, Larry and the casting directors were at casting for the show. Jackie, Newman, Mickey, George's parents, Puddy and Uncle Leo were my favorite recurring characters!

And old woman ordered coffee from McDonald's in a Drive-Thru and she put the coffee cup between her legs. And the lid came off and burning her. She says she didn't know that the coffee was hot. And so she sued McDonald's and won millions of dollars. That pretty much sums up America. If someone get hurt and it's totally their own fault. They will find a way to blame someone else.
Phillip Morris's dad was the guy who played on the TV show mission impossible. He was also a regular on the young and the restless. He is very talented
