This video will make it feel as if you have left your body and are floating around. I do not want to give it all away but it should be a lot fun. This is the only video that has ever made me feel like I was actually floating. My legs were the only part that actually felt like they were being lifted up but my body was locking me in. It felt like I was rolling out slowly and since I'm still a bit scared of falling I got a bit scared. It felt the same way when I snowboard. I'm scared of speed so I lock my body up. I barely just got to being able to loosen my body on the mountain. This video gave me alot of hope now.

This was so scary and cool at the same time, i was laying comfortable on my bed and when i closed my eyes i felt my bed spinning around fast and then it went slower, i wanted to open my eyes cause it was way to scary lol. A bit of explanation for those who say it felt like they'd just imagined everything. This sensation is a mild form of outer body experience called mental projection, on a scale it is one step below actual astral projection, but is nonetheless genuine. @PhantomBob314 this could mean that your seeing your spirit animal/guide, you may think that's a crazy idea, so did I until I had an experience with my spirit guide. You could try and connect with it if you see it again, spirit guides normally appear when you need help or feel you need steering in the right direction. meditation is a common way to attract your spririt guide as you connect with your inner self. It's a Chinese/ Native American beleif, you'll be able to find out a lot about it in

I blacked out and work up in the middle of the night I saw everything in blue and my legs were vibrating and ascending .Then I lifted my left arm damn it was invisible ,then I tried lifting my whole body but there was pain at my neck ,then ...... Honestly, I don't think I made it. It feels relaxing indeed, however I didn't leave my body. I followed your instructions and try to go high towards the space watching down my body and everything else, but it wasn't like really happening. I was just imagining all of it. Furthermore, I didn't feel the that pressure on my forehead. Please answer this comment telling me if this is normal and the imagination is the hypnosis or if I didn't get to concentrate enough.

well i don't believe i had a total real out of body experience, but it was amazing, and painful. i dont know why but i trembled a lot, as if my body couldnt handle an out-of-body expirience. I believe i mostly just used my imagination to imagine everything, but it was still good. im kinda scared to do it again

Imdid get in the deep relaxation but video is too flashy and bright it was disturbing me. And when you said "you have to meep your eyes shut for it to work" I felt a real urge to open my eyes in spite. But in the end I started to feel a real pressure on my forehead, but right at the end when i wassupposed to come back...so there must be something to it and i'll try it again but without the video.

After focusing for about 11 minutes, It worked a bit, but when he said "enjoy the detail" or something like that, I tried so hard but because my third eye isn't really exist, I can't done that and awaken from this hypnosis. :'(
