Sekiro - Emma & Isshin Ashina (Easy/Cheese Kill) 

You are actually right and I won't disagree with you. This fight requires a lot of skill and reaction timing and if someone is not able to pull that off then this should be helpful for them. I try to make things easier but these might be harder in general.

Come on dude that Emma cheese is by far the easiest cheese in the game. I literally beat her every time without getting hit and super fast. After dying to her like hundred times before using this cheese And I platinumed the game!

@@Ghostiest yeah that one isnt too bad i was talking in general. Most of the cheese strats take just as much effort or more to pull off than if you just learned the attacks lol

@apowercom I literally just beat him after trying forever over and over again. But I had my save file before the fight so I could use anything and everything in my arsenal without wearing of losing it if I die. Sticky rice ball and divine grass s*** like that man. So anytime I would use the items and died I would just get my shave off the cloud replace it so I can fight again with all the items and even Resurrection nodes full.

Yea tgat also happens sometimes, so just wait for him to walk towards you and if he is just standing there walking side and side then hit him once and then bait his attacks towards the corner! If you run like i did in the video at the beginning of Isshins fight then there are chances he might do the same attack and then it will be very easy to get him in corner. I hope this helps!

Maybe you are hitting at the wrong point because if you hit at the wrong point he can deflect it and attack back and sometimes he is just not in the corner properly, while I was thinking of this method I did multiple of cheese methods but none worked. I tried beating this boss multiple times with this method and sometimes it didn't work so it's probably because he didn't get stun locked at first or the aim is wrong!

Btw you can't get ichimonji double anymore because Isshin is here trying to fight us the quest line has ended but if you already met him and killed the "rats" then you will have the skill book then you can get it otherwise not possible. @@Soul._.Seeker I already have the ashina arts, I ALMOST KILLED HIM but his fire attack is so annoying, I keep forgetting to use the mortal blade. maybe next time I can kill him. Today is my holidays and my end of the holidays is abit near so I have to kill isshin ashina so I can play again from the start because this game is fun, and frustrating😂

Yea I know she might just do one combo over and over again but you just have to dodge at the right time, like right when her sword is about to hit you dodge to your left and use ichimonji and repeat by dodge at the right time. It was hard for me too at first like the dodging part but I got it right after some tries. Try again maybe it will work if didn't then sorry I wasted your time hope you beat her any other way!

@@toxic50009 Okay if reaction is the tough part for you then just do the long term boss. For example just bait her combo wait for it to finish then attack once and then back off. Repeat this for Emma and beat her, for Isshin same thing you can do by baiting his 3 hit combo or his ichimonji. Don't give up until you are completely sure you can't do this anymore! Try try till you succeed ;)

​@@Soul._.SeekerI've gotten so close to beating a boss and then get punished. Some easier bosses ive had to fight 10+ times. But I keep going back. Eventually learning their bullshit and snaggin that sweet sweet Shinobi Execution. Great feeling

I will help you man so listen there is an another method for this fight which also works. First of all stand between the opened doors and the statue making Emma stand on the other side then just attack her once wait for her combo to finish then repeat this will take like 3 min. For Isshin first phase do the same cheese but for second phase you will need to fight him legit.

@@Soul._.Seeker it takes time yea; I can basically take Emma out in like 3 minutes. Isshin tho u gotta wait until he perilous then I can hit him. Second phase those I just went full offensive on him with divine confetti, sugars, pebbles. Almost had him but I got desperate and dead lol

@@TheBTEAMwins Lol. being greedy while fighting Isshin is very costly especially when he does the side step anime type dodge, looking completely badass and then completely owns you after that. Don't worry you will get him soon enough because it just takes time and then it will all be worth it!

I have the old patch that's why it worked for me. The new patch only changed Isshin but the cheese still works for Emma you just need to time it right. For Isshin the same trick can be used but it's way tougher better to fight him farely.

@@DeezNuts-gd2hb i had finally beat isshin the sword saint (that was my first playthrough) and i realized there were multiple endings, obv since shura is the shortest to my knowledge i went for that on ng+, took me like 4 hours to get from the start of the game to forsaking kuro and then i suddenly hit a wall with emma and isshin. But i got emma down now, how did u deal with isshin ashina? his second phase is kicking my ass

@@scorch3633 For his second phase I just stuck as close as possible, I also used the dash mechanic a ton that way I could dodge behind him when he used his fire attacks. Also, I recommend getting the umbrella prosthetic. When the 'One Mind' attack starts (the attack where he steathes his sword and a bunch of slashes come out) You can run into the corner and use the umbrella to deflect it all. Also, you HAVE to be close when it comes to the fire attacks if you're planning to dodge behind him like I did.

@@scorch3633 And when he starts using ichimonji instead of deflecting use the dash to get behind him. Very easy to get vitality damage on him that way.

@@Steel_Individual nice you got it. I also had the same problem when I first played but I was just fighting isshin normally so I kept dying lol or I reached the second phase with 2 gourds.

@@Soul._.Seeker ive bullied isshin the sword saint a few times but that 2nd phase on isshin ashina is absolutely ridiculous

And in the attack that makes him release fire from the floor when he is just charging the attack, I hit him with the unsheathing of the mortal sword and that interrupted the attack and his stamina bar will increase a lot

They are saying it’s patched so I am sorry for wasting your time you could also just spam mortal draw for the second phase and kill him. Emma is still not patched btw.

Yea you are right the Isshin fight is patched but Emma is still beatable with this method. For Isshin I actually don't know many cheeses and there are not many so I just recommend you to understand the moves and kill him fare and square.
