This song has so much... just negative emotion in it, it's done so perfectly. It really conveys how Wolf doesn't want to fight her at all, feels upset, almost guilty, but can't afford to be sad, yet can't make himself hate her either. So powerful

If there is a Sekiro 2 I hope they create more characters that used to be “mentors of the Wolf”. Lady Butterfly and Owl were amazing bosses

Since they most likley are going to China its most likley not gonna happen. Wich is a shame beacuse I agree. Owl father was deffinetly the best boss

@@void735 Maybe Genichiro, Father, and Sword Saint could return as difficult memory bosses. I imagine due to the nature of inner bosses, Wolf would relive his memory of fighting them but at the absolute peak of what they could be.

@@void735 I don't see a sequel taking place in China. Maybe in Korea during an invasion from Japan, but not China. That also being said, there's still a lot of Japan to cover. Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice takes place in the mountaintops of Japan, afterall, and there's far more to the archipelago than mountains.

@@the_furry_inside_your_walls639 Since the true ending has Sekiro going west to find the source of the Dragon's Heritage to free Kuro from its burden, I think China's more likely than you give it credit

@@jacobkern2060 Maybe for the end of a trilogy, but there was an entire country between Japan and China during the late 1500's(the time that Sekiro takes place in). You have to remember that Korea was under fire a lot from Japan, whether it were several different clans or the whole of Japan. I think a sequel where Wolf tries to get to China, only to be stopped by an ongoing war between Korea/China and the Inner Ministry of Japan would make more sense for the second title.

Half of this game is getting your ass handed to you by old people. Butterfly, Owl, Isshin, the Senpou Monks, the gremlin looking dudes with the big hats who can snap your back in two with their grapple, Corrupted Monk, heck maybe even the Snake Eyes twins....
