Nice sound. I own the xc90 redesign 2016 what i am really interested to know is if i can put wider tires on this car to make it look more sporty. it comes with nice stock 20s but i feel that the tires are a little slim for the truck and i want wider tires. i used to have the x5 2009 4.8 that's why. of course i'm not asking for 315/35/20 but maybe 295/35/20
Hi Largon, yes I assume thats possible. I have a V60 D6 2014 and factory wheels were 8x19 and I now have 8x19 wheels. But the thing you want is that the wheels are wider so that they come more outside towards the vendor. In that case you need wider wheels so that would mean the first number has to be bigger of your ET value needs to be smaller. So I had 8x18 ET55 but when I have 8x19 ET55 there will be absolutely no difference in the width. My new wheels are 8x19 with ET value 45 instead of 55. Its 10 smaller and the 10 stands for millimeter. That means that my wheels are 1 cm more to the outside and yes then you need wider wheels. So wheels with lower ET and wider wheels width is what you need. Keep in mind that you need wheels that fit under your car, google for several wheel configurators and see which big wheels will fit and check the width (?x20) and check the ET value. Good luck!!

Too bad they dropped the wonderful 4.4l V8 that the previous model had... It makes a glorious sound and the torque is just something else than on these hybrid ones..
Have you driving a t8 in polestar mode? The torque in my 4.4 V8 xc90 was nice along with the sound. My new xc90 recharge t8 has more torque on paper and more importantly whilst driving. My old V8 does not even compare in torque or power.
