I turned 18 yrs recently but learning about investing since 17 and my goal is to be an investor as well as an engineer also cz I'm a science student but now I'm a student of Investing and Personal Finance 😎 Luckily at the end of my 10th grade i learned the fact that everyone should have financial literacy, literally about money,its management and also about investing and in that moment i realised that fact and Alhamdulillah i made my goal to be an investor. Another fact: I've learned about Warren Buffett in class 9 but didn't understand a bit about investing but when i became 17 I started to learn about the core philosophy of Investing advised by Warren Buffett. According to him growth CAGR is 3% then he is considering PE of 15 means 5X of profit growth, so for any stock which is growing at higher CAGR definitely will be available at premium PE.

Buffett himself later went away from many principles of this book. He disregarded the cigar and butt theory and learnt from Munger that to earn more and repeatedly he would have to apply the concept of Discounted Cash flow by which he could purchase stocks such as Coke, Apple, etc. though no doubt this is a very good book but I’ll say stick mostly to only two chapters that Buffet himself advise us to, Chapter 8 and 20.
intelligent investor is a great book. Purchasing stocks that are on discount is actually a good theory. The problem is today good stocks aren't available at good PE. So one needs to understand the business and its future and growing Revenues and earnings rather than only PE.

Value investing doesn't work for growth companies say tech stocks. P/E ratio of growing companies are always very high but that is also accompanied by high revenue and PAT growth. Warren buffet himself became a growth investor some year back.

How do u compute Asset and Liabilities from Balance sheet usually they are equal in a Balance sheet ...if we calculate Asset - Liability it comes out as Zero
Can anyone explain why ONGC entered this list in first half of August 2022 ? This video was recoded in June 2022 and ONGC was on the list, but when I checked it in July 2022, is wasn’t, but in August 2022 it was back on the radar. There wasn’t much price fluctuations in July and August. Plz clarify if possible.
It doesn't mean if PE ratio is less than Or more than 15 it indicates bad picture of company. If any Company has highest PE ratio it indicates stock is overvalued otherwise undervalued. But some time Stock with highest PE ratio, people are willing to buy that stock. Because that stock has good growth Prospective

the stock appeared in your result , deserved to be in that spot, it will never create wealth.......if investing was that easy every TDH would be rich by inveting..... not everything that worked in US market will work in India that too in this era......however i'm big fan for WB and the book ...read it many times....

Asset minus liabilities by market cap means price to book ratio which he says should be less than 1.5 He also recommends to watch put for RoCE to be more than 6% Net tangible assets Operating Cash flow growth and much more After filtering which there might be hardly any companies in india if we exclude the small cap!
