Hey Bear, any advice on best solo Priest? I sort of think the clerics because they use plate but im not sure

My opinion may change over time, but Fury is best soloer as of now. They can root/nuke and do more damage than any other healer while keeping themselves alive if root breaks and they get hit a bit.

Is fury the best healer for casters? Are there other caster-focused healers? I know Inq's are melee focused, but not sure if that means templar is melee or caster and shm - which is healer focused, which is melee focused - or is it that binary in the archetypes?

Fury and Inquis are both good for casters but Fury is the best! Inq is good for any dps group. Templar is more for defensive or main tank groups.

What race do you think would be good for warden?

Plenty of races work. Personally my favorite races are high elf, erudite, and dark elf. All three have a long recast racial teleport to someone in your party.
