I received a kidney from unfortunately a deceased donor because my aunt got denied our match after they found out she had high blood pressure. Selena with how she handled her whole transplant is just down right disgusting and is one of the many reason why the list is so long because some patients are not "worthy" of transplants depending on their lifestyle (excessive drinking, not following orders for annual vaccinations etc) she should be GRATEFUL and continue to praise her donor for doing such a selfless act! Literally not every transplant patient has someone willing to give them an organ right off the bat and many die while waiting years to get that one call.

She can't say the name of the donor publicly since that would be a HIPPA violation. Besides we all know the donor was Francia and how grateful Selena has been. What you *don't* seem to know is that Francia reportedly always held the donation over Selena's head and expected payment, beyond the monetary. It was a toxic thing to do, especially since she made it seem like she was donating out of her goodwill and friendship. So I'm not surprised things went sour. Not trying to speculate but lupus can also be caused by heavy drug usage… all of these Disney stars at some point have had some sort of interaction with drugs/drinking and it could be the case here.
